During your vacation at Hotel Palme Gemelle you can taste our excellent Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil of our own production in our dishes, or have a simple tasting at our Snack Bar. We are surrounded by a large olive grove, full of centuries-old trees and every year, in autumn, we personally harvest our olives and produce the precious and sought-after Green Gold of Apulia, of the highest quality, son of our land.
Did you like our oil? Take some with you at home or give it as a souvenir in typical Apulian porcelain containers to your loved ones.
