Michele worked as a chef in restaurants around the world – Londra, Lugano, Washington DC, Ortisei, Montecampione – he decided, together with his wife, to embark on the Hotel Palme Gemelle adventure. And his success has been confirmed.

Michele personally chooses the fish, meat, fruit, vegetables and legumes to ensure the best selection on the market. He takes care of the kitchen garden in the hotel grounds as well as the Palme Gemelle olive grove, producing high quality Apulian oil.
And at the end of the meal a surprise: Michele’s great passion is pastry and he takes care of every dessert, like the exquisite mille feuille, the chocolate cake, the semi-cold with citrus fruit or almonds. In the dining room you will not find the classic buffets, because the food is all fresh to pamper you to the end.
